Tacoma Public Library is collecting artwork submissions from our youngest community members for some specially printed chairs! These chairs will be part of the new children’s area in the reimagined Main Library, opening in 2024.

Children 12 and under are invited to submit a colorful drawing of an animal, real or imaginary. Bright, bold lines with minimal color work best. Please submit artwork in-person at any library or by using the upload link below.
The last day to submit is Friday, April 21.
Tacoma Public Library staff will vote on the winning design and choose what the chair will wear!
