TPL Children’s Librarians have designed these backpacks as a fun way to provide tools that focus on exploring and playing with different mathematical ideas. Each kit features books, toys, and a paper with suggested activities.
We have three themes available for checkout: Music & Rhythm, Animals, and Colors. Stop by your favorite Tacoma Public Library branch today to see which kits are available at a branch near you.

Due to limited supply, the Storytime S.T.E.A.M. backpacks are available on a first come, first served basis and are not holdable.

Please do not return in book drops, but go to the desk of any library during open hours, opens a new window and return to a staff member.
