November 2nd: Celebrate the Day of the Dead

El Dia de Los Muertos, or the Day of the Dead, is a Mexican celebration to honor loved ones who are deceased. Traditions associated with the holiday include building private altars called ofrendas, visiting the graves of their relatives and honoring them with offerings like sugar skulls, marigolds and favorite foods and beverages.
