Are you a poetry lover who also loves nature? Celebrate National Poetry Month with the Tahoma Audubon Society, opens a new window, Tacoma Public Library and Pierce County Library on Sunday, April 8th from 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm at Tacoma Nature Center, opens a new window. Read aloud a nature-themed poem from a published author or your own work and listen as others share their poems. Following the readings, we will walk the Tahoma Audubon poetry trails in 3 nearby parks and enjoy poetry and nature combined. This event is free and the public is welcome.
