Voter Point of Assistance
The Pierce County Library System, Tacoma Public Library, and the Puyallup Public Library have partnered with the Pierce County Auditor’s Office to be Points of Assistance on Election Day. That's 27 library locations! Unable to reach the Pierce County Voting Center on Election Day? Visit a library!
Library staff can help people register to vote, get replacement ballots, and access VoteWA to vote on library computers.
At the libraries* people may:
- Update voter registration.
- Get a ballot and vote.
- Replace ballots that have been lost, damaged, or mismarked.
- Get a voters' pamphlet.
*Please note: Main Library has limited public computer access. Mottet Library is offering curbside service only with no public computer access. Library staff at these locations are able to print ballots, help with voter registration, and otherwise help with voting, but this may take some additional service time.
Points of Assistance is available during regular library hours, opens a new window, from noon until 8 p.m. PT, on Election Day only.
