Voter Point of Assistance

The Pierce County Library System, Tacoma Public Library, and the Puyallup Public Library have partnered with the Pierce County Auditor’s Office to be Points of Assistance on Election Day. That's 27 library locations! Unable to reach the Pierce County Voting Center on Election Day? Visit a library!

Library staff can help people register to vote, get replacement ballots, and access VoteWA to vote on library computers.

 At the libraries* people may:

  • Register to vote.
  • Update voter registration.
  • Get a ballot and vote.
  • Replace ballots that have been lost, damaged, or mismarked.
  • Get a voters' pamphlet.

*Please note: Main Library is currently closed for facility upgrades.

Points of Assistance is available during regular library hours, opens a new window, from noon until 8 p.m. PT, on Election Day only.
