On Friday, January 27th, Sam, the library’s attentive certified therapy dog, listened to six children read him stories. He heard books about the infamous Fly Guy, a dog that just did not want to go to sleep and one precocious 10-year old read a book about the history of the feminist movement.
Every child who read to Sam received a bookmark stating some fun facts about Sam.
- His favorite toy is a Kong,
- Sam loves visiting the library
- He loves playing with his best dog friend Millie.
Sam loved meeting some of the younger crowd from the Wheelock Branch.
