Summer is almost upon us and so begins the year’s busiest travel season. There are fascinating travel destinations around the corner, across the country and over the deep blue sea. Whether you travel by bicycle or boat, car or camel, train or through the pages of a book, the world is a rich tapestry of humanity and culture waiting to be explored.

And in addition to a suitcase full of souvenirs and a mind full of memories, “travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness.” Who am I to argue with Mark Twain?
