TPL hosting Winter Weather Essentials Drive: Nov. 15-29
From Nov. 15-29, Tacoma Public Library is partnering with Tacoma Community House to collect items for a Winter Weather Essentials Drive supporting community members during the cold season.
From November 15-29, all libraries will collect:
- New winter hats, gloves, and socks
- Hygiene items (full-size toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, deodorant, razors, nail clippers)
- Hand warmers, non-perishable snacks, blankets, washcloths, and travel towels.
The Winter Weather Essential Drive runs Saturday, November 15 – Saturday, November 29. Look for a donation bin in each of our libraries. Please remember to donate new items only.
