Building Gingerbread Houses

Families kicked off the holiday season at the Moore Branch of Tacoma Public Library by building gingerbread houses together. 50 gingerbread houses were built on December 1^st, and 30 more were built during a special encore event on December 8^th.

Kids discovered different building techniques and made some incredible works of art, while enjoying the occasional sneaky snack.
