How do I opt-in or opt-out of receiving notices by text message?

To opt-in or opt-out of text message notifications:

• Log in with your barcode and PIN
• Click on "Modify Personal Information"

You will be able to enter a mobile phone number and Opt-in or Opt-out of the text message service.

• Click "Submit" to save your changes
