Many people may take going to the library for granted but for nine year old Penelope it's a big deal! Penelope is an erudite student of Lister Elementary School where she studies advance placement classes. She recently had some time to discover the Moore Branch of Tacoma Public Library near her home.
Jubilation falls short when describing Penelope's reaction to the new Pathway Partnership Program, "I love the Pathway Card!" she exclaimed happily to the Senior Associate assisting her.
